Daily operations, tasks, calendar, inbox, routines, reminders.

## Load when
- Todoist, calendar, email, reminders, morning briefings, errands, travel/logistics

## Stable facts
- Todoist token exists locally; Google Workspace/gog configured for friday.uplink@gmail.com.
- Calendar checks should include primary and imported Outlook calendar when relevant.
- Past cron jobs were mostly disabled except system-managed memory job.

## Operating rules
- Confirm before sending emails/messages or creating external commitments unless explicitly requested.
- Use local timezone Europe/Berlin/Zurich presentation for appointments.
- Batch routine checks; do not be noisy.
