# ADR 0004 — iPad-first UX

## Context

The dashboard must be operationally useful on iPad, not merely shrink a desktop layout.

## Decision

iPad UX is a hard MVP requirement.

Global overview constraints:

- max 5 Attention Items
- max 4 module cards
- max 3 KPIs per module card
- no raw tables on homepage
- touch-friendly hit targets
- responsive layout tested against iPad-sized viewport in future UI phase

## Consequences

The homepage remains concise and action-oriented. Detail pages can carry deeper content later, behind module boundaries.
